I hate the floppiness of the underarm area of yesterday's cami. In the picture, on the mannequin, I was able to tuck them, but in real life, I can't tuck them behind. They have no edging and are kinda loosy-goosy looking. Later on tonight or tomorrow, I plan to do a row of sc or hdc edging (haven't decided yet) using a hook size smaller around the arm opening area, including the strap. If it comes out okay, I'll model it and post a pic. If it doesn't, I'll try and figure something out with perhaps doing a few decreases in the underarm area. Either way, I'll keep you posted.
ETA: I went down a hook size (G) and started at the underarm seam and did a sc decrease there, sc around arm and across strap to the other side and did a sc decrease for the two stitches.
I like how much better the straps look with the extra row of sc and will try it on in the AM.
