I've been in a crochet slump and needed something fast-dishcloths and potholders weren't doing it for me. Elena started her school summer program and wanted to bring water, but didn't want to drag the bottle from activity to activity and worry about it (yeah, my kid worries about leaving her water bottle behind). This AM, I decided to whip her up a carrier and found a terrific pattern here.
No modifications, no errors-holds a 16 ounce water bottle. Can be worn over the shoulder or across her chest. This used all but about 2 yards of a skein of Sugar N Cream Ombre color Playtime. Depending on the shoulder strap length, you may need to use another skein or try using a solid, which has more yardage.
