Chicken Hot Pad (or Blame it on Bron and Julie)

Blame it on Bron and Julie-all the posts of chicken potholders got to me, I had to make one (or maybe two).

I picked the pattern book up on ebay from a seller I have bought from before.

I started it last week, but was too lazy to go upstairs and dig through the stash for the wattle, beak and comb-finally did it today. I plan to make the other pattern as part of a Wishing Well gift I need for a shower next month.

I almost bought the booklet last week at Michaels, but it was $15, which I felt was too much for a thin booklet that I only wanted one pattern from. (Well, two if you count both chickens.) I had a coupon, but decided it was still too much. :P
