Ugh-Tiny Rant

This is a perfect example of why I hate bringing projects along when I travel. The damn squares (again). I kept looking at them thinking they looked smallish. Of course, I didn't haul the book with me-my gauge was off-they ended up 4" instead of 4 1/2". I didn't notice til today. I'll probably add a round and see how that goes (on the ones I did), or scrap those (sigh) and just go up a hook size and see how that goes. The number of squares I have to make is bad enough, but too small will mean more squares and off measurements. Crap! Wasted a skein of CE too.

I finished the bag, didn't full it yet. Amy, I am hooking madly now-the dark homespun is making my eyes strain, but it's working out-

Mystery CAL-started it, thought it looked weird, frogged it and then realized, I didn't know what it was supposed to look like. I can do the rows I have printed by Sunday.

Baby blanket-didn't even think about it.

Deneen, let me know what color, if I have one I can send it down since I have no plans for what I bought. I know the pain of take along squares, mine get wonky too.

It just sucks when things like that happen but don't stress too much. It happens to everyone. Just try the extra round and hope that helps.
