Foodie Friday

This recipe make kinda freak you out, it did when I first read it. Luckily, I ate the food, loved it and then asked for the recipe. No, there's nothing freakishly weird in it, just some Velveeta-and I never knew it could make something taste so good.

Horseradish Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb loaf of Velveeta Cheese
1 7 ounce jar of horseradish
9 tablespoons Mayonaise
Tabasco sauce (or your fav hot sauce)

Melt a 1 lb loaf of velveeta cheese in a microwaveable bowl.

Remove and mix 9 tablespoons of mayo, 7 ounce bottle of horseradish (you can drain the horseradish if it has a lot of juice) and about 10 drops of hot sauce. Mix well.

You can serve this immediately or refrigerate and serve (which I prefer). This will last about 1 week (or maybe more, we never had it that long) in your fridge.

Serve with crackers, hard bread sticks, etc.
