Verizon is aggravating me!

Ugh-my phone is still out. Of course, no one is coming out today, although they said someone would. I finally got fed up and called them, from my cell phone and their line wasn't working right. I checked the status online and found out that: Apparently, it is a widespread outage (about 100 homes), although the house on my left doesn't have phone service, but the ones to my right do. It may be fixed by 11:00 PM TOMORROW night. I haven't seen a truck around at all, so I have no clue what they're doing about it. It sucks not having a phone just because I pay for the service and a lot too, but then on the other hand, the phone never ringing is somewhat peaceful-

How annoying!

Don't forget to ask for a credit for the lost days of service. You may not get it, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

I agree you deserve credit since it was a widespread, reported outage and they are taking their sweet time to fix it. I actually know someone who got disconnected the day BEFORE the bill was due...talk about pissed.
