Aargh-Headaches and more

I have a headache-just came back form the school pizza party and am looking at the clock and realizing that: THERE IS ONLY 40 MINUTES LEFT OF SCHOOL FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR! I am not in panic mode yet, but will be probably by Friday AM.

One of Elena's best friends from school had her mother send me a note telling me her summer schedule, so her and Elena can "make plans", which is fine. However, she is in camp all of the rest of June and August with July off and Elena is in camp starting July 10th for 3 weeks and then the first two weeks of August. I am sensing timing problems here.

Elena is excited about sleeping in late, which for her means about 7:30 AM-it's been too cool to swim here yet and the pool won't be ready anyway. Too cold and I refuse to jump in and do anything til it at least warms up past 60 degrees in the water. However, I am bugging my DH on the daily basis to get it situated by next week cause it's kinda hot and humid here today and will be, although no sun or anything and that's what I need-sun.

Smoking cessation is going well. I write down when I smoke and won't allow more than 5 per day-that'll go on for two weeks and then I will only allow 4 per day and so on.

I want a nap, I need more time before school is out, I need a vacation (again), I need a cleaning woman, I need someone to just come over a few hours a day and give me a little quiet time, I need.....I need......

crazy that she is still in school! mine have been out for 2 weeks. we've been breaking 100 everyday for at least a week -the water in our pool is luke-warm, but nice to float in when the sun starts to fade...
oh, and the needs - yeah, me too :D

Good luck on tapering the smoking! I've kinda gone by the wayside (still smoking outside, and way less than before) but I need to get back on the wagon of actually trying to cut down more. Five a day is damned good, I'm proud of you!
