Foodie....Thursday?

No, it's not Friday, but I wanted to share some pics of the Zuppa Toscana I made last night. Elizabeth's post last Friday made me want to make some zuppa! I used Elizabeth's recipe and this recipe and kinda combined the two (yes, I added cream, Beth-prefer a cream soup). I did make a few changes-Better than Bullion was used as a base (chicken) and I used escarole instead of Spinach or Kale.

It was a big hit and I think my husband ate 4 bowls.

I HAVE to make that. Zuppa toscana is my FAVORITE soup :) I probably would add cream too. Hmmmmm, might make some soon :)
