Deneen’s Zesty Spice Mix (for chicken or veggies)

We cook out a lot in the Summer and I always have some of this on hand. It can be used on boneless chicken breasts, grilled veggies or on chicken/veggie shish-kabobs.

This recipes makes a triple batch. I keep it stored in an airtight container.

¼ cup garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon sea salt (regular salt or seasoned salt)
1 tablespoon lemon pepper (or black pepper)

Mix well in container.

To use: Add one tablespoon of the dry mix to one tablespoon Olive oil and mix well. Brush on chicken breasts, veggies or kabobs and grill.
