I am a mess!

Sorry to frighten everyone. Yes, I am sick AGAIN. Don't know with what-flare or infection, can't tell and neither can the doctors. I also developed some sort of something-mucosal colitis from the last round of antibiotics (something about the bacteria it can't overcome) which caused me to be sick from the weekend til now. It's slowed down, but I didn't eat any food from Monday until this morning, so I guess it should. I also had a high (104.5) fever the other night. The doctor gave me a different antibiotic, but I refuse to take them now that I have them home. The colitis is horrible, but at least the fever is down to about 100.

I'll see the rheumy next Wednesday and even though he won't know what the hell to do with me, at least I'll be checked out and go from there. I did sleep all day yesterday, which seemed to help. My mother came out this AM and was here all day and did some cleaning, etc. She wants to pick me up and take me out for an hour tomorrow to Target, but I don't know if I can. The weather is wonderful though, 60 today and 64 predicted for tomorrow, so the fresh air may help (since nothing else has). Of course, the weekend is supposed to be cold with rain, rain, snow squalls, rain and then freezing Sunday and then go slowly back up next week. At least I've had the warmish weather.

I won't be online much, too much effort-sorry guys. I promise to keep you updated by the weekend, I'm just too tired and worn out and trying my damdest to get better.

I did received a wonderful package from Cordy today and inside was the book "Crocheting School" (fantastic reference book), some Cinnabon Lip Balm, some post it notes, some lavender lotion (love it!), Elena got an art set and stickers which she thought was completely and utterly cool with all the bugs and skeletons. Also inside, something that thrilled Elena (and myself) beyond control was a bag of Snap Peas! The little grubber had the bag torn open and was stuffing them into her mouth before I could even snap the picture.

Thanks Cordy, it was a nice surprise.

I'll be back on this weekend, maybe with some better news. Thanks for all the emails and phone calls.
