I finally finished a few minutes ago and Elena was more than happy to model it for me (better than going up to bed).
The halter pattern is from Jackie (Girly Girl pattern) done in size 5 because the 6 was a bit too big for Elena. The bolero is an adult pattern from Donna that I changed to a childs size. I probably could have made it a bit smaller, but I needed the right amount for the stitch pattern and I forgot to account that Elena doesn't have boobs, which the adult one is kinda sized for boobies. She loves them both though and I'm going to make another halter in the variegated purples tomorrow. This was done in, of course, Cotton-Ease Sugar Plum-and used up to the last ounce.

Holy crap Deneen, that set is really the cutest I've seen in a long time. You outdid yourself. Is there not a "Cottonease Lottery" out there somewhere that we can win?

Not fair!! I want a little girl to make cute stuff for. I guess I could make things like that for Geof while Daddy isn't around, besides he's still too young to remember much...hmmm......
Beautiful job, it's very cute and girly and sophisticated too!
Looks great!
I emailed Donna for her bolero pattern, but never heard back from her. Any idea how I can buy the pattern from her? I can't find it on ebay anymore.
Thanks!
