Chelle's Lacy Tank

I finished Chelle's Lacy Tank for Elena. I did the size 7/8 because she's in between sizes. A 5/6 is way to short and a 7/8 in some brands fits perfectly. In any event, it's a little big. I may make another using the smaller measurements and make it longer. She's very tall for her age and has a long torso. My gauge was right on the money too. She can have it for next Spring/Summer. Maybe if she has a growth spurt, for Bermuda the end of September.

Anyway, it used almost two skeins of Cotton-Ease in Sugarplum and an I hook. Fantastic pattern!

That is so cute. I can't wait. They 'think' my grandbaby is gonna be a girl because they don't see anything, but it could mean the baby is modest "ha" or just has a small one.

She looks like a cute little pixiegirl in that top...or Cottonease princess-in-training? :)

Have I told you lately that Elena is just as cute as a button? Beautiful job on the top, and I'm sure she'll grow into it in no time at all.
