Thank goodness for good neighbors

I have about 45 minutes to myself this AM thanks to my neighbors. I called them and left a message, out of my daughter's earshot, asking if their kids went outside, if they wouldn't mind, playing with Elena in the snow. She wants to play outside and frankly, I just don't have it in me today. Anyway, the neighbor kids are 9, 11 and 14 and Elena drives the 11 year old girl a bit crazy insisting she do things certain ways, etc., so I don't sic her on them too much. Anyway, they called, came and got her and she's happily building a snowman with 5 kids (their cousins too) and their dad. Also, I heard a strange motor sound near the house and the teen is using the snowblower in my driveway. I must dig around for $10 to pay him.

Anyway, today I will be eternallly grateful and thankful for my neighbors!!

It wasn't just a bad lot of Simply Soft I'm afraid. I bought 4 skeins for a shawl, and luckily decided to wind them before using, so I could cut out the bad spots as I went along. Let me know what you hear from them, if you do.
